Antalya airport was hardly 28 minutes away by car. Very close to Prenses Bazar. It was definitely 5 stars for us. We loved Nirvana Cosmopolitan so we would return here.

Within walking distance of kundu karnas bazaar.

Of the seven days of staying 4 days there was no internet in the room, water slides for children work very little, very early disassembled pier on the beach, the amphitheater is empty without need.

We spent our second honeymoon here and it was just beautiful. We got a greeting card, fruit plate and breakfast in our room as a surprise.

Food for everyone... for vacationers who only stay in the hotel perfect... would go there again

Bathroom cleanliness...

I can only recommend... easy to recommend for old and young. only the prices are extremely overpriced in the season

The employees are very hard working and friendly but they can't do everything so fast even if they want to because there are too few of them in my opinion...

It's not clean in the corridors, etc. The bathroom's outdated. It needs renovating. The beds are also outdated...

Hi, I recently stayed at one of your hotels in Lara. I had a great time until the very last day. I knew I had to check out early, so what I did was booked an excursion for the day. On leaving for excursion at 8am, I informed the staff at the main reception that am going for excursion and my luggage is all packed and if you could kindly send someone to collect it from my room and put it in storage. I was assured that this would be done. I returned back at hotel at 6pm and went into luggage storage room and found my luggage wasn’t they. Went back to my room to check and it was still in the room. Whilst in the room someone from the front desk rang and Informed me that I hadn’t checked out and I have to pay for the room. I went downstairs to discuss this. The staff were extremely rude as well as the manager. He threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay 90 euros. I tried to explain that I informed your staff in morning and I don’t believe I should be liable for something which your staff didn’t manage to do. They wouldn’t listen and kept threatening to call the police. Eventually they agreed to accept 50 euros, Rabia at the desk was extremely rude to me. I am shocked that you treat your guest like this and on the very last day you just managed destroy my holiday with my 2 little boys. I would appreciate if you kindly look into this and investigate. Food hall very clean, good selection of food.

The room was tatty ripped cords coming from bottom of bed, wardrobe doors sticky and dirty, inside wardrobe was an electrical cupboard it had a cigarette butt inside, bathroom had a glass panel over the bath the repair to stop water leaking on the floor was not very professional. In one of the bars there are glass and Chrome tables that were wiped over with a damp clothe which when dry didn't look clean these tables need to cleaned properly, with glass cleaner so they shine and look clean the floor was dirty disappointed with the hotel.

It was so hot in the hotel, that it was almost impossible to breeth. Air contioning system was too bad.

Architectural Design It is not a building .... It is a happy ... sociable ...friendly place

The whole environment was so friendly. I really enjoyed dinners at a la carte restaurants. The beach was also very clean and nice.

It was an excellent stay for a week-end. Crazy, furious, active! A lot of music, activities, shows, parties! Hotel is great! Building is large and stylish. Room was luxury and good conditioned. Animation deserves all the points!
